Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers have a legal right of withdrawal. The consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction for purposes which are predominantly not attributable to his trade or self-employed professional activity.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period is 14 days. The period shall begin:

• in the case of contracts for the delivery of goods, the date on which you, or a third party other than the carrier you have designated, took possession of the goods;
• in the case of contracts for the delivery of several goods ordered by the consumer under a single order and delivered separately, the date on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the last goods;
• in the case of contracts for the delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical data medium, with the date of conclusion of the contract, unless express consent has been given in advance to the start of execution and the loss of the right of withdrawal has been acknowledged.

Exercise of withdrawal

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the following model withdrawal form, which is not required.

In order to preserve the withdrawal period, the timely sending of the communication is sufficient.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you revoke this Agreement, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your revocation of this Agreement.

For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you. In no case will you be charged for this repayment.

We may refuse to refund until we have returned the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Return costs

The cost of returning goods is borne by the consumer if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 € or if, in the event of a higher price of the goods, the consumer has not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment or has only partially provided it. In all other cases, we bear the costs of return.

Replacement for deterioration

They shall only be liable for any depreciation of the goods if that depreciation is due to handling which is not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

Specific information for digital content and services

In the case of contracts for the delivery of digital content that are not delivered on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have started the execution of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we will start the execution of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal by your consent.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• for the delivery of goods which could spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded,
• for the delivery of sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return, if their seal has been removed after delivery;
• for the supply of goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs;
• for the delivery of digital content not delivered on a physical medium, provided that the execution has begun with the express consent of the consumer and the consumer has confirmed his knowledge that he loses his right of withdrawal in the event of full performance of the contract,
• for the provision of accommodation, transport, food and beverage supply and leisure activities for a specified date or period.

If possible, please return the goods in the original packaging and with all accessories to the following address:

Procedure after revocation of digital services

If you revoke a digital content contract that has already begun, we will stop using the digital content and block access if necessary. Payments already made will be refunded if no remuneration for services already provided has been agreed and not excluded.
